New pottery lamps are here in the store, and they are as beautiful as the handmade furniture they light up.
These Milk Can lamps, finished in pewter, have elegant black shades with golden interiors that really warm up a space.
These lamps are made by Georgia artist Charlie West, who has been working with clay since 1986. In 1998, Charlie began turning his handmade pottery into stylish lamps and this led to the beginning of Charlie West Lamps. We think that they are beautiful with the handmade furniture, and unique pieces of art for any home interested in having one of a kind pieces. Notice the sparkle in this “lava” finish. This lamp is stunning in person!

Happy Holidays everyone! We hope that you had a great Thanksgiving and got to spend it with the ones you love.
Several of our friends got engaged over Thanksgiving so we thought it would be nice to share some of our ring bowls that we have at the store. These decorative ring bowls are handmade and are a beautiful way to keep your rings safe!
The Falcons have arrived! They are titled “Le Chicquera” and “Le Faucon a Culotte Noire”, and at 50″ x 60″ each, they would make a powerful statement in any room.
Things are heating up here at StableHouse. We just received some recycled Fire Extinguisher Vases from artist Valentino Llegada, and they are hot!
We love it when artists take objects that are at the end of their life and remake them into something new and different, giving them new purpose and a second life. We have quite a few different color choices and textures here in the store, and we even snagged a couple of rare vases that date back to 1972!
Come in to see the rest of our unique recycled fire extinguisher vases!
Planning on hosting any holiday parties this year? We just got in these beautiful felt coasters that will protect your furniture and help your guests remember which glass is theirs.
Slip these on before you fill your guests glasses and they can carry their drinks around and put them down on your favorite piece of Simply Amish furniture or wherever they want without causing you any stress. Your guests will find their drinks easily and the you can relax and focus on more important things (like enjoying your party!).
Not only do these coasters add a beautiful accent to dinner parties, but they serve a really practical purpose. Felt is super absorbent and these coasters will soak up any minor spills and condensation protecting your furniture no matter where your guests place their glasses.
You will also be doing your bit for the environment by purchasing our coasters. Unlike paper coasters that are thrown away, these coasters can be used time and time again. They will stay looking beautiful for many years to come. You can simply wash them in cold water with a little soft soap and dry them flat. Because felt is so durable, your coasters will last you for many years to come.
We have sets with multiple colors, and single-color sets with different designs for standard and large wine glasses. Stop by and see these unique coasters/taggers on our Simply Amish tables!
Need something to freshen up your living space without making a huge re-decorating commitment? Come by and check out the new pillows we just got in at the store and see our new designer pillows. We have strategically placed some of them on the beds to give you an idea of how to pair pillows, and the rest are upstairs in the new StableHouse Decor room next to the stage.
When adding new pillows to your couch or bed, try to select throw pillows with different textures and patterns that will add interest to what you already have. Right now the iKat pattern is very popular, and it provides a nice rich pattern to the bed below.
This recliner has several great things going on. There’s a nice mix of textures: wood (quartersawn white oak to be more precise), leather, burlap, and fabric. Secondly, we’ve added just one pillow for a big statement piece.Soften up the Outdoors
Fall is in the air, but that doesn’t mean that our outdoor spaces aren’t usable for a little while longer! Warm things up with some large overstuffed pillows and enjoy spending these cooler evenings outside.
